1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kamal Vendors Panel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Vendor Registration

To register as a vendor, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• You must provide valid business documentation for verification
• You agree to keep your profile information up to date
• You are responsible for all content you post on the platform

3. Services and Fees

Our platform connects vendors with potential customers through a lead-based system. Different subscription plans are available with varying features and lead limits.

• Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable
• Lead allocation is based on your subscription plan and availability
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Unused leads do not carry over to the next billing period

4. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor on our platform, you agree to:

• Respond to leads promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about your services
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse customer information
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Lead Quality and Disputes

We strive to provide quality leads, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any lead. Disputes about lead quality must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the lead. We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kamal Housing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or illegal. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamal Housing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
